Key Responsibilities
- Nurse residents in aged care facilities and allocate tasks, duties and responsibilities according to the team's skills on each shift.
- Assess problems under pressure and identify effective solutions.
- Develop into leadership responsibilities as the role progresses.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Must currently be onshore in Australia with full working rights, including PR, citizen, partner visa, 482 sponsored or 485 graduate visa status. 482 visa sponsorship is offered if required.
- Have Australian Registered Nurse experience, ideally 1 year or more, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bring strong problem-solving skills under pressure and the ability to delegate tasks according to the skill mix on every shift.
