Surgical and rehabilitation experience is sought for this full-time Registered Surgical Nurse position in Sydney, NSW, Australia. The setting is a 90-bed private hospital with a surgical ward and established inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programmes. Its clinical focus covers orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiac caseloads.
You will provide care tailored to individual patients, maintain treatment records that meet regulatory requirements and communicate with patients, relatives and the wider clinical team. Leadership is also part of the position. Sponsorship is considered. Applicants must be already in Australia; full working rights are required as set out below.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest standard of clinical and patient care, responding to each person's individual needs, and provide leadership.
- Record patient care and treatment accurately to fulfil regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with patients, relatives, medical practitioners and allied health professionals.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold current AHPRA registration and have a minimum of 2 years in a hospital setting.
- Bring surgical or rehabilitation experience and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Be dedicated to delivering a high standard of care and committed to professional development.
- Have a Working with Children Check.
- Hold full working rights in Australia.
