Accurate panel repairs and careful reassembly are the focus of this full-time Automotive Panel Beater / Assembler opening in Albury, NSW. The growing vehicle repair business is recruiting for the long term, with standard hours of 8am - 4:30pm.
The clean, spacious workshop has Car-O-Liner benches, a spot welder, a glue pulling system, dustless extraction work stations and mini scissor lifts. Depending on your trade, you will restore damaged panels or refit repaired vehicles, coordinating with colleagues to keep workmanship and completion times on track. Visa sponsorship under subclass 482 may be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- For Panel Beater work, restore accident-damaged panels to their pre-accident condition with precise workmanship.
- For Assembler work, refit repaired vehicles and confirm that every component fits correctly and operates properly.
- Coordinate repair schedules with colleagues to meet customer expectations, communicating with supervisors and teammates to resolve difficulties and achieve quality results.
- Carry out work in accordance with industry regulations, safety protocols and quality standards.
- Care for workshop tools and equipment so they remain in proper working condition.
Requirements & Eligibility
- You must hold relevant trade qualifications or certifications and have proven automotive repair experience in your respective trade.
- Bring a close eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining quality.
