Trade · Perth, WA, Australia · Full-Time · Discussed at interview · Visa: Employer sponsored

Tradespeople with marine, petrochemical or structural steel experience gained in Singapore may find a good match in this Western Australian vacancy. A workforce organisation based in WA is recruiting qualified Boilermakers, Fabricators, Welders and Pipefitters and assigning them to clients in rail, oil and gas, civil construction, mining, health and defence. Assignments are located in metropolitan Perth and in regional WA.

Duties differ by trade but share a common standard. Workshop fabrication, pipe spools and piping systems, TIG and flux-core welding and heavy structural steel are all carried out from drawings and work packs, within safety procedures and to defined quality levels, and weld tests may be part of the process.

Sponsorship is available for this position.

When preparing your application, organise your English CV around evidence an Australian supervisor can verify, such as your trade certificate, the welding processes and materials you are qualified for, and projects with a clear scope.
