Take responsibility for an established automotive glass branch in Alice Springs, NT, balancing customer service, commercial performance and team leadership. This full-time Branch Manager position pays $80,000 - $100,000 per year. The independent national business has served retail, trade, fleet and insurance customers for over 30 years.
Your team consists of three colleagues, comprising two qualified fitters and one experienced leading hand. Applicants from automotive workshops, retail management, trade operations and service backgrounds are welcome. The work combines responsibility for budgets and stock with customer contact and practical help in the workshop during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities
- Organise daily branch workflows for efficient operations and review financial results against budgets.
- Create rosters, coach staff and oversee performance while building a positive workshop culture.
- Keep products available through inventory control and relationships with local suppliers.
- Expand retail, fleet, insurance and trade accounts, providing high-quality customer service by telephone and in person.
- Maintain strict WHS standards, secure the store and keep administration accurate; assist with basic automotive glass repairs or fitting during busy periods, with on-the-job training provided.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Proven management record as a Branch Manager, Workshop Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager or Retail Manager, with strong communication, team management, business awareness and computer skills.
- A current valid driver's licence is mandatory.
- The employer is an approved sponsor under the Northern Territory Designated Area Migration Agreement (NT DAMA) and can provide visa sponsorship for eligible candidates, actively welcoming qualified onshore visa holders needing sponsorship. Sponsored candidates require nomination under Retail Manager (General), ANZSCO 142111, relevant formal qualifications, suitable management experience, English proficiency and NT DAMA eligibility.
