Helping establish how a new cardiac catheterisation laboratory delivers care is central to this Perth nursing opportunity. A newly opened, purpose-built private hospital needs experienced, motivated Registered Nurses for its founding clinical team. The hospital introduces interventional cardiology to the region for the first time and forms part of a major private healthcare provider.
You will combine patient-centred critical care with developing best-practice care models and improving clinical practice alongside a multidisciplinary team. Positions are permanent part-time, up to 70 hours a fortnight, or casual, with 12-hour shifts. Employer sponsorship visas are offered to eligible nurses.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective, safe nursing care centred on each patient in the cardiac cath lab.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and bring clinical experience, preferably within a cardiac cath lab.
- Demonstrate well-developed skills in communication, problem-solving, negotiation and conflict-resolution.
- Have a strong understanding of applicable legislation, professional standards and codes of practice.
- Maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development.
