Leading this 76 place early learning service in Bendigo, VIC means balancing children's learning and safety with the needs of educators and families. The full-time Childcare Centre Manager will take responsibility for daily operations, team performance and a collaborative working culture.
Enrolments and occupancy sit alongside educational quality in the manager's remit. You will guide improvements against national standards, support educators in their practice and develop relationships across the local community. Visa sponsorship is available.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support educators in delivering high-quality programmes, maintaining a collaborative team culture.
- Take charge of daily service operations and overall performance, including team outcomes and regulatory compliance.
- Apply the NQF, National Law & Regulations and service policies, and advance continuous improvement against the National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Develop trusting connections with families and the wider community.
- Oversee enrolments and occupancy to sustain the service.
- Maintain an inclusive learning environment centred on children, implementing the Child Safe Standards and embedding child safety in everyday practice.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bring proven early childhood education leadership experience and a strong grasp of the National Quality Framework.
- Demonstrate warm, clear and professional team leadership, supported by excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Show a passion for providing high-quality education and care.
- Hold a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Have a current Working With Children Check, First Aid and relevant clearances, together with current Child Safety and Child Protection Training.
