Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold current nursing registration with AHPRA and a current practising certificate, with previous aged care experience.
- Bring strong clinical nursing knowledge and skills, including knowledge of the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and aged care accreditation standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills alongside strong leadership and team-working skills.
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Show a strong commitment to resident-centred care, dignity and privacy, with a high level of integrity, honesty and professionalism.
- Adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively within a team.
- Be committed to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
