Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical pharmacy care on hospital wards, including medication review and reconciliation.
- Counsel patients and supply medicines information to support their care.
- Work with medical, nursing and allied health colleagues on safe and effective medication management.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and medication safety work.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Have experience in hospital or clinical pharmacy and current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to obtain that registration.
- Have an Australian or New Zealand internship completed, in progress or nearly complete; overseas pharmacists with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Bring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
