Looking at a client's social and emotional circumstances alongside their physical health is central to this Community Registered Nurse role in Darwin, NT. The full-time position offers $50 - $55 per hour with a boutique provider delivering aged and community healthcare across regional Australia.
Working within the community team and as an extension of a multidisciplinary team, you will assess needs, plan appropriate care, manage wounds and medicines, and support personal care. For suitable candidates already in Australia, the provider can offer onshore sponsorship and a pathway to Permanent Residency.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' social, emotional, physical and environmental needs to inform clinically appropriate care plans.
- Provide wound management and maintain care documentation.
- Administer medicines and record them on medication charts, and support residents with personal care needs.
- Advocate for clients while delivering a premium standard of care and support.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a relevant degree qualification and current General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Possess a current Australian driver's licence.
- Have a current National Criminal History Check.
