Supporting people in their own homes is the purpose of this contract Enrolled Nurse role in Mandurah, WA. A national provider of community nursing, disability and aged care is expanding its team to help clients maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.
The service provides 24/7 care for individuals, families and communities. Shifts vary and include active nights, with clinical care, personal assistance and accurate records forming part of the work. Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates. Nursing or home care experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical and personal care in clients' homes while promoting safety, dignity and well-being in every interaction.
- Keep care plans and client documentation accurate.
- Communicate clearly with clients, their families and the healthcare professionals involved in their care.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a current Driver's Licence and have a reliable vehicle, together with a current National Criminal History Check.
- Have Nursing Registration if applicable, and First Aid & CPR Certificates.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be computer literate and confident using digital systems for care notes and communication.
- Experience in nursing or home care is preferred but not essential.
