You will mow, trim, prune, plant and fertilise as needed, inspect outdoor spaces and coordinate with internal teams or contractors. Responsible handling of machinery and dependable completion of assigned work matter throughout. Availability for casual weekday shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens, lawns, pathways and shared outdoor spaces through regular mowing, trimming, pruning and general upkeep.
- Carry out planting and fertilising whenever required.
- Use ride-on mowers, line trimmers and other gardening machinery safely, observing safe practices for tools and equipment.
- Inspect the grounds for routine maintenance needs and keep lawns and gardens at the expected presentation standard.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in an organised, serviceable condition.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external contractors as needed, completing assigned grounds work reliably.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrate practical gardening or grounds maintenance experience and the ability to complete routine gardening independently.
- Have experience using ride-on lawn mowers and line trimmers, with sound basic knowledge of garden, lawn and plant care.
- Use gardening machinery and tools safely, maintaining close attention to detail and consistent work quality.
- Bring a reliable, responsible and professional attitude, with good written and verbal communication.
- Work effectively both on your own and with a team.
- Be available for casual weekday shifts.
- You must meet applicable New Zealand employment and sponsorship requirements.
