A respected hospitality group with plans to grow is recruiting a Head Chef for its waterfront restaurant, a venue of around 80 seats. The kitchen produces bold, modern Australian cuisine in small and share plate formats, prepared in-house with local produce.
The appointed chef will work with the owner on menu development, assemble and train the kitchen team and direct service from the pass. The position is full-time on a 38-hour week. The group welcomes established head chefs as well as senior sous chefs prepared for a first head chef role. Visa sponsorship is open for discussion for the right person.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Experience cooking modern Australian cuisine with bold flavours, and comfort with grill and fire
- Experience leading a kitchen through busy service, and knowledge of kitchen numbers and systems
