The full-time role pays $25 - $30 per hour and covers a property with motel rooms, cabins and powered campsites. Visitors arrive from New Zealand and overseas, with summer bringing particularly busy periods.
Working alongside management, you will gradually learn how the park operates while contributing practical help across the property. Previous management experience is not required. Potential work visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-in and check-out, respond to telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries, and help visitors enjoy their stay.
- Assist with reservations on Booking.com, Expedia and other booking platforms.
- Help clean and maintain the property, checking the presentation of rooms, cabins, campsites and shared facilities.
- Support the operation of both swimming and hot pools.
- Coordinate everyday tasks with colleagues and complete basic office administration.
- Learn how occupancy, pricing and online reservations are managed.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Be responsible and reliable, with a willingness to learn.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, confident manner and communicate well; good English communication skills are required.
- Organise varied tasks effectively and take a practical, hands-on approach.
- Work comfortably on your own and with colleagues.
- Remain positive and calm when the park is busy.
