Supporting people to remain independent at home is the purpose of this Home Care Employee vacancy in Mandurah, WA. A national provider is expanding its community nursing, disability and aged care services, which operate 24/7 for individuals, families and communities.
The contract role covers varied shifts, including active nights. You will provide clinical and personal care in clients' homes, keep care information accurate and communicate with families and healthcare colleagues. Respect for each person's dignity, safety and quality of life underpins these visits. Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care in clients' own homes.
- Assist with personal care while protecting safety, dignity and wellbeing in every interaction.
- Keep client documentation and care plans accurate.
- Communicate clearly with clients and their families.
- Share care information effectively with the healthcare team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Have a current Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Hold a current National Criminal History Check and Nursing Registration if applicable.
- Hold First Aid & CPR Certificates.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be computer literate and confident using digital systems to record care notes and communicate.
- Experience gained in nursing or home care is preferred but not essential.
