Person-centred nursing for older people is the focus of this part-time Registered Nurse vacancy in Albury, NSW. You will care for residents in an aged care home, including people living with dementia, and use clinical judgement to respond to their needs.
The not-for-profit organisation operates residential aged care, home care and retirement villages across New South Wales. This position involves varied shifts on different days and collaboration with an experienced leadership and corporate support team. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate. Post-graduate applications are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care tailored to each resident, including residents who live with dementia.
- Apply clinical problem-solving to residents' care needs.
- Contribute to the nursing team across a variety of shifts and days.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and understand the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Post-graduate applications are welcome.
- Bring an affinity for residents with dementia and experience in their care, or a willingness to gain that experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills, and be an excellent, highly motivated team player.
- Be available to work various shifts across various days.
- Meet the organisation's immunisation policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza vaccination.
- Be willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check and complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
