Person-centred nursing for older residents is the priority in this casual Registered Nurse vacancy in Albury, NSW. The not-for-profit care organisation serves communities across New South Wales through residential aged care, home care and retirement villages.
Within the aged care home, you will provide clinical care, support residents living with dementia and use clinical judgement to address care problems. Shifts cover various days and times, with work undertaken as part of the care team. The role calls for an enthusiastic, motivated nurse committed to residents' individual needs. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care tailored to each resident, including residents who live with dementia.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and understand the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Post-graduate applications are welcome.
- Have an affinity for working with residents with dementia, with relevant experience or a willingness to gain it.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
- Be an excellent team player with high motivation.
- Be available for various shifts across various days.
- Meet the organisation's immunisation policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza vaccination.
- Be willing to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
- Undertake a pre-employment medical assessment.
