Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents holistically and create care plans appropriate to their needs.
- Evaluate care outcomes and exercise clinical judgement.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Be a Registered Nurse holding current AHPRA registration.
- Manage time well to meet objectives and timelines, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and apply effective problem-solving skills.
- Work both independently and within a team, with flexibility for rotating morning, afternoon and night shifts.
- Show genuine compassion and care when working with older people.
- Possess the right to work in Australia.
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including a booster if eligible, and influenza.
- Be willing to undergo a criminal background check and a pre-employment medical that includes a drug and alcohol screen.
