You will deliver care around individual needs and guide care staff to maintain standards. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical care based on each resident's individual care plan, monitoring their health and responding to changes.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse; aged care experience is highly regarded.
- Bring strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.
