Helping people remain well and independent at home is the purpose of this Registered Nurse role in Darwin, NT. The permanent, full-time position covers aged care clients and NDIS participants, with nursing care adapted to each person's needs and goals.
Community visits call for confident independent practice, careful clinical assessment and communication with clients, families and other healthcare professionals. You will review care plans, support medication management and respond to changes in health while respecting each client's choices. The provider offers visa sponsorship for the right candidate, and applicants need to be willing to move to the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical nursing support to aged care clients and NDIS participants, protecting their choice, dignity and independence.
- Assess clinical needs and prepare care plans, reviewing them as needs change.
- Assist with medication management and monitor clients for changes in health.
- Record clinical care accurately.
- Coordinate care with clients, their families, carers and healthcare professionals.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and bring relevant experience in community nursing, aged care or disability services.
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, communication and organisational skills.
- Be confident practising independently in a community environment.
- Approach clients compassionately and remain committed to safe, person-centred care.
- Be willing to move to the Northern Territory.
