Individual care plans guide the work of this full-time Registered Nurse position in Darwin, NT. Within community aged care, you will assess residents, provide clinical care and recognise changes that need a response. The role combines practical nursing with support for physical, emotional and social wellbeing, working with an experienced multidisciplinary team.
Applicants must already be in Australia and hold Australian working rights. Employer sponsorship is available for eligible onshore candidates, with a pathway to permanent residency for those who are eligible. Previous community aged care experience and strong assessment skills are part of the required clinical background.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents clinically and prepare care plans suited to individual needs.
- Deliver wound care and administer medication, maintaining the associated clinical documentation.
- Observe residents' health, respond when care needs change and support physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
- Contribute to safe, quality care with multidisciplinary colleagues, advocating for residents and good clinical outcomes.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and relevant nursing qualifications.
- Bring previous community aged care experience, with strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a current Australian driver's licence.
- Hold Australian working rights.
