Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional clinical services in the aged care home, tailoring care to each older resident as a person.
- Care for residents living with dementia as well as the wider resident group, and work with the care team across various days and shifts.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold full, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and understand the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Post-graduate applications are welcome; bring an affinity for residents with dementia and either experience caring for them or willingness to gain it.
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving, coupled with high motivation and excellent ability to work in a team.
- Available for various shifts across various days.
- Meet the organisation's Immunisation and Vaccination Policy, including proof of required TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine doses and annual influenza vaccination.
- Undertake a National Criminal History Check and a Pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
