Key Responsibilities
- Provide clients with clinical and personal care in their own homes, safeguarding dignity, safety and wellbeing throughout.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families and the healthcare professionals involved in their care.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle available.
- Have nursing registration for the Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse positions, and hold first aid and CPR certificates.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be computer literate for digital care notes and communication.
- Experience in nursing or home care is preferred but not essential.
