Individual residents' clinical needs guide this part-time Registered Nurse role at a 20-bed aged care home near Grafton, NSW. The position includes care for people living with dementia and calls for a motivated nurse who brings enthusiasm to person-centred practice.
The home is operated by a values-led, not-for-profit organisation providing residential care, home care and retirement villages across New South Wales. You will contribute clinical judgement within a team, working varied shifts and days with experienced leadership and corporate support. Visa sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical care centred on each resident, including residents living with dementia.
- Apply clinical problem-solving to decisions about residents' care.
- Contribute to the nursing team across a range of working days and shifts.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Post-graduate applications are welcome.
- Affinity with residents living with dementia, together with experience or willingness to gain experience in their care.
- Excellent ability in both communication and clinical problem-solving.
- An excellent team contributor with high motivation and availability for various shifts across various days.
- Vaccination in accordance with the organisation's immunisation policy, including a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine and annual influenza vaccination.
- Willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check; a pre-employment medical assessment is required.
