Helping people remain independent at home is the purpose of this Registered Nurse contract role in Mandurah, WA. The expanding service combines community nursing with disability and aged care, supporting individuals and their families through a national home care provider.
Care operates 24/7, with varied shifts that include active nights. Your visits will bring together clinical treatment, personal assistance, clear care records and communication with the people involved in each client's care. Maintaining dignity, safety and quality of life is part of the work throughout every visit. Visa sponsorship is offered for qualified overseas candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend clients at home to deliver both clinical support and personal care, protecting dignity, safety and wellbeing.
- Document care accurately.
- Maintain the associated care plans.
- Keep clients and their families informed through effective communication.
- Share relevant care information clearly with the healthcare team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a current Driver's Licence and have a reliable vehicle available.
- Have a current National Criminal History Check, together with Nursing Registration (if applicable).
- Hold First Aid & CPR Certificates.
- Bring strong interpersonal and communication skills and the computer literacy needed to use digital care-note and communication systems confidently.
- Nursing or home care experience is preferred but not essential.
