Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold full unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and understand the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Post-graduate applications are welcome.
- Have an affinity for residents with dementia and either relevant experience or a willingness to gain it.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and clinical problem-solving abilities.
- Be an excellent team player with a high level of motivation and availability across various shifts and days.
- Meet the employer's immunisation policy, including the required COVID-19 doses and annual influenza vaccination.
- Undertake a pre-employment medical assessment.
