Individual care plans and clinical leadership are central to this full-time Registered Nurse vacancy in Sydney, NSW. An established, family-oriented aged care home seeks an experienced nurse to support residents' wellbeing and guide care staff in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
The position is for nurses already living in Australia with current AHPRA registration; employer sponsorship through a 482 / 494 visa is available to eligible candidates who meet Department of Home Affairs requirements. Daily work combines nursing assessment, medication administration and communication with families and the wider care team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nursing needs, then plan, implement and evaluate their care with the multidisciplinary team through individualised care plans.
- Administer medicines and monitor residents' health and wellbeing.
- Give the nursing team leadership, guidance and practical support.
- Follow relevant legislation, regulations and organisational policies while communicating effectively with residents, families and care colleagues.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential.
- Currently residing in Australia is essential.
- Bring significant experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting, with a minimum of 1 year.
