Resident dignity and independence guide these permanent full-time Registered Nurse positions with a private aged care provider. Expressions of interest are sought from experienced nurses for regional homes across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia; Sydney is the listing location.
A flexible 7-day rotating roster supports the clinical work, from assessing residents and planning care to mentoring colleagues. Sponsorship opportunities across regional NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA are available to applicants who meet the eligibility requirements. The role combines direct resident care with collaboration involving families and the wider clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess residents, plan their care and maintain clinical documentation while providing safe, effective, person-centred treatment.
- Administer medications and monitor changes in residents' health.
- Collaborate with residents, their families and multidisciplinary colleagues.
- Guide and mentor other care team members.
- Take part in continuous improvement to maintain and strengthen care quality.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse; overseas-only experience must be within the last 5 years (Australian experience highly regarded).
- Combine strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills with excellent communication and teamwork.
- Be committed to high-quality, person-centred care.
- Be willing to work in regional locations across NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and WA.
- Highly regarded: residential aged care experience, knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and experience leading clinical teams.
