A well-managed client column is as important as cutting and colouring in this full-time Senior Stylist role in Hamilton, New Zealand. The full-service salon seeks someone who enjoys their craft and can help a diverse clientele achieve their desired hair transformations.
Each appointment combines technical work with relationship building: earning trust, retaining clients and making the experience personal. You will manage and maintain your column professionally while contributing to an uplifting salon team. The employer holds Immigration New Zealand accreditation for sponsorship under the Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV).

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bring 3+ years of experience with cuts and colour, and know how to manage, maintain and retain your column professionally.
- Meet the qualification or experience route: a Level 4 NZ Hairdressing Certificate; OR International equivalent qualification; OR 3+ years of experience with cuts and colour.
