The industrial services business has over 30 years of experience across mining, infrastructure and construction. Scaffold erection, alteration, inspection and dismantling must meet Australian Standards, with safety and quality guiding the work. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare scaffold work with the crew, then erect, alter and dismantle structures safely and efficiently.
- Inspect installed scaffolds and record results on the required inspection checklists.
- Maintain accurate documentation for each job.
- Support a positive team environment through safe work and a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years' experience as an Advanced Scaffolder, supported by proven hands-on work rather than only a recently obtained Advanced Scaffolding ticket.
- Hold a current Advanced Scaffolding High Risk Work Licence and Construction White Card, with a strong understanding of scaffolding Australian Standards.
- Excellent communication and the ability to work both independently and with a team.
- Able to pass the pre-employment medical and ongoing screening for drugs and alcohol.
- Hold a current Drivers Licence; current Working at Heights is essential.
- Reside in Geraldton, or be willing to move there or travel there for work; a current National Criminal History Check is essential.
