The full-time Automotive Technician position combines diagnosis and repairs with preventative servicing, performance upgrades and custom projects. It requires practical familiarity with 4x4 systems and the ability to determine appropriate repairs for complex faults.
Your trade qualification and employment history need to demonstrate the technical work you have performed. Sponsorship is available for experienced technicians with suitable European vehicle experience. Advanced experience gained with other European manufacturers is also welcome; Land Rover knowledge remains an advantage rather than a universal requirement.

Key Responsibilities
- Investigate mechanical and technical problems on 4x4 vehicles and select suitable repairs for complex faults.
- Carry out preventative maintenance, routine servicing and mechanical repairs to a high professional standard.
- Use diagnostic equipment and workshop tools on European 4x4 vehicles and specialist systems.
- Help complete performance modifications, upgrades and custom vehicle projects.
- Inspect finished work for compliance with safety and quality expectations.
- Coordinate workshop tasks with fellow technicians and maintain a professional, organised working area.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a relevant automotive trade qualification and demonstrate experience as an Automotive Technician or Motor Mechanic.
- Have strong practical experience with 4x4 vehicles.
- Demonstrate experience on European vehicle brands; Land Rover experience is advantageous.
- Master Technician or Advanced experience gained with a recognised vehicle manufacturer is highly regarded.
- Bring strong diagnostic capability and practical fault-finding skills.
- Substantiate your employment history and technical experience with genuine evidence.
- Apply close attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Be dependable and capable of effective team working, and hold a valid driver's licence.
