The morning display will depend on your overnight work in this full-time Baker position in Melbourne, VIC. An established bakery and hospitality business needs someone who can take sole responsibility for bread, pastries and donuts, organising production independently until the shelves are ready at dawn.
The roster covers six days a week, with Wednesdays off. Shifts run roughly 10 pm to 5 am; exact hours will be discussed and some flexibility is needed. An immediate start is available, with an annual salary of $75,000 - $80,000 and 4 weeks of annual leave. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate, if applicable. Availability over Christmas is required.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Eligibility

- Be available to work over the Christmas period.
