Key Responsibilities
- Run the bar each day, maintaining consistent beverage quality, presentation and service.
- Develop non-alcoholic drinks and pairing suggestions, experimenting with fresh fruit, herbs, botanicals, flavours and presentation for seasonal offerings.
- Offer ideas that support the continuing development of the beverage programme.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of guest service and explain ingredients using knowledge of seasonal produce and where it grows.
- Maintain clean, orderly and professionally presented bar and service areas.
- Observe workplace hygiene, safety and operating standards.
- Coordinate effectively with colleagues across the hospitality team.
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year of experience managing a bar or working in a similar hospitality role.
- Provide a genuine, verifiable employment record and, on request, evidence of your employment history, skills and qualifications.
- Demonstrate creative beverage development through cocktails, mocktails or other innovative drinks.
- Combine strong communication and customer service skills with professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Be willing to complete identity and employment verification.
- Have an interest in fresh, seasonal hospitality built around produce.
- Be able to work in New South Wales.
