A growing hospitality group in Sydney is recruiting Pastry Chefs. Alongside several venues, the organisation runs a production kitchen, and its pastry staff are responsible for the desserts and baked goods that customers love.
Vacancies cover several levels, from Demi Chef through to Sous Chef, on both full-time and part-time terms. Candidates should be comfortable in fast, energetic venue kitchens as well as in a production setting, and able to take rostered shifts across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
The employer indicates that sponsorship under the subclass 482 visa may be available for the right candidate who meets immigration requirements and is already living in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce desserts, pastries and baked goods of a high standard

Requirements & Eligibility
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or production kitchen
- Certificate III in Patisserie, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in viennoiserie is highly regarded
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- A positive, team-orientated attitude
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- A genuine passion for quality ingredients and creative execution
- Strong technical pastry skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Currently living in Australia
