Key Responsibilities
- Discuss clients' preferred styles and grooming needs, providing a friendly and professional welcome.
- Deliver precise, consistent haircuts and styling across fades, tapers, classic cuts and contemporary looks.
- Trim, shape and groom beards to a high standard.
- Handle barbering tools safely and effectively, cleaning and maintaining equipment and keeping the workstation sanitised and orderly.
- Stay informed about current techniques, styles and client preferences.
- Manage services efficiently in a busy shop while observing hygiene, safety and professional standards.
- Work cooperatively with the barbering team to maintain quality service.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrate professional barbering experience, including genuine hands-on work in a professional shop.
- Have strong practical knowledge of barbering and men's grooming and the ability to deliver both contemporary and traditional services.
- Bring careful attention to detail, commitment to quality and good communication and client service skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude, with a reliable and responsible approach to work.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced setting, independently and alongside colleagues.
- Have full-time and part-time availability; immediate availability is advantageous.
