The shop is seeking experienced practitioners who can demonstrate their practical capability and reliability. Full-time, part-time or casual employment depends on experience and business requirements. Sponsorship is available for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide contemporary haircuts and fades, using precise technical skills to maintain consistent workmanship and presentation.
- Trim, shape and groom beards, discussing preferences with clients and recommending appropriate styles.
- Create a welcoming, professional visit and develop lasting client relationships.
- Maintain hygienic equipment and workstations and follow health, safety and hygiene procedures.
- Organise appointments and complete services efficiently while staying current with barbering styles, techniques and trends.
- Cooperate with colleagues to maintain a positive shop atmosphere, reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Have proven professional experience as a Barber, with strong cutting and fading skills and demonstrated beard grooming and styling experience.
- Consistently deliver high-quality barbering results, supported by excellent attention to detail and a reliable, motivated approach committed to quality.
- Bring strong customer service and communication skills, professional presentation and a professional attitude.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Hold a relevant barbering qualification or have demonstrable industry experience, and be able to verify relevant qualifications, experience and trade capability.
- Have Australian work rights or eligibility for an appropriate work visa; Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply.
