Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients about their preferred look, recommend appropriate styles and provide professional haircuts and male grooming.
- Create precision cuts, fades and skin fades, with accurate blending and finishing across every service.
- Trim, shape and groom beards to a consistent professional standard.
- Make clients feel welcome and develop trusted relationships with returning customers.
- Maintain tools and equipment, and keep the workstation hygienic in line with workplace safety and hygiene practices.
- Complete services efficiently during busy periods without compromising detail or quality.
- Contribute positively to the team and maintain familiarity with current men’s grooming techniques and styles.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrated professional work as a Barber, supported by evidence of previous barbering employment or experience.
- Proven men’s haircutting and styling ability, including strong skills in fades, skin fades and blending.
- Practical experience in beard trimming and grooming.
- A relevant barbering qualification and/or industry experience that can be demonstrated.
- Clear client communication and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Punctuality, reliability and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to perform independently and contribute effectively within a team.
- Professional personal presentation and readiness to commit to full-time employment.
