Key Responsibilities
- Consult clients about their needs and recommend appropriate styles and grooming options before carrying out haircuts, fades, styling, shaves or beard care.
- Deliver consistently high workmanship and a welcoming, professional experience that builds relationships with new and returning clients.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised workstation, using tools and equipment correctly and safely.
- Observe workplace health, safety and hygiene requirements, maintaining professional presentation and conduct.
- Cooperate with fellow barbers to sustain a positive shop environment centred on customer care.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a valid passport and provide a current, detailed resume/CV together with a relevant barbering qualification certificate.
- At least 2 years of relevant professional barbering experience, with practical skills you can demonstrate.
- Provide verifiable employment history through evidence such as employment letters, contracts or payslips, along with genuine, verifiable identity documentation.
- English language ability with a minimum score of 5.
- Ability to fulfil the requirements of full-time employment in Western Australia.
