Accurate setting out and a consistent finish are central to this full-time Brick Paver role in Perth, Western Australia. Working on commercial paving and hard landscaping projects across the metropolitan area, you will take work from ground preparation through to completed surfaces.
The position pays $34 - $50 per hour and involves travelling between project locations. Practical initiative matters alongside reliable teamwork, with scope to work towards Leading Hand or supervisory responsibilities where suitable. Sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ground and surfaces, measure the works, establish levels and complete site set-outs.
- Install brick paving and deliver hard landscaping efficiently and accurately in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Cut and finish paving materials using the appropriate trade tools and equipment, maintaining consistent quality throughout.
- Maintain a tidy, safe work area and comply with project safety procedures and site rules.
- Move between metropolitan project sites and communicate clearly with the crew.
- Take initiative with allocated work and contribute ideas that improve site efficiency.
- Work towards Leading Hand or supervisory duties where suitable.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Relevant experience in brick paving or hard landscaping, backed by demonstrable practical trade skills.
- A reliable employment record, professional work ethic and strong attention to detail.
- A positive, cooperative manner and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Hold a White Card, have reliable transport and be willing to travel throughout the metropolitan area.
- Physical capability for practical outdoor work, with a commitment to quality and safety.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career and eligibility for employment in Australia.
