Key Responsibilities
- Undertake building condition assessments and technical due diligence.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Hold a degree in Building Surveying (UK), Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline, with 3+ years' experience in building consultancy, surveying or property advisory.
- Demonstrate strong inspection and investigation skills alongside effective problem-solving.
- Produce technically robust reports that are clear and concise.
- Engage confidently with clients and industry professionals.
- MRICS or similar professional accreditation, including working towards it, is highly regarded.
