You will organise your own tasks while taking direction from the senior head chefs. Busy periods call for dependable attendance, clear communication and a steady contribution to the kitchen team. Sponsorship is available for approved applicants.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Cooking experience covering Modern Australian dishes and traditional pub food.
- A positive approach, a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in food and hospitality.
- Proven experience working in a high-volume kitchen, with strong teamwork skills.
- An energetic team player who thrives under pressure and enjoys a fast-paced workplace.
- Enthusiasm for a multicultural working environment and a passion for learning.
- Ability to stay focused and follow instructions.
- Availability and willingness to cover a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- A valid Food Handler's Certificate.
