Key Responsibilities
- Produce a varied selection of creative dishes, keeping food quality, plating and service to the highest standard.
- Develop menu additions with the Head Chef and improve recipes already in use.
- Organise your station to support efficient kitchen service while strictly observing food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Coach junior kitchen colleagues and participate in regular team discussions and training.
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 2 years as a Chef in a high-quality restaurant with a fast-paced service.
- Relevant hospitality qualification or formal culinary training, backed by excellent cooking skills and meticulous attention to presentation and detail.
- Thorough understanding of food hygiene and safety practices, together with a passion for seasonal ingredients sourced locally.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the adaptability to perform in a busy kitchen under high pressure.
