Fire cooking and event catering come together in this full-time Sydney kitchen opening. The Chef de Partie & Sous Chef vacancy welcomes experienced and junior CDPs and Sous Chefs who enjoy a busy professional environment and care about the quality of the produce they use.
Work extends beyond the kitchen to events at different locations. You will need to manage preparation and small events independently while contributing to a collaborative, ambitious team. The annual salary is $80,000 - $110,000. This opening is for applicants already in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
- Use fire and quality ingredients to cook through fast-paced, high-energy kitchen services.
- Manage preparation independently.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a chef, with a proven professional kitchen background.
- For the Sous Chef position, have a minimum of 6 months in that role.
- Event catering or high-volume kitchen experience is highly regarded; a background in hatted or award-winning restaurants is also highly regarded.
- Show a strong commitment to consistency, attention to detail and food quality that meets high client expectations.
- Be capable of independently running small events and prep.
- Bring a positive attitude, solid work ethic and collaborative team mindset.
- Hold a valid NSW driver's licence and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and initiative.
- Australian working rights are required; visa sponsorship may be available for exceptional candidates.
