Running a section while contributing to menus and budgets is central to this full-time Chef de Partie position in Melbourne, VIC. The workplace is a restored seaside hospitality precinct encompassing restaurants, bars, a beer garden and spaces for functions and events.
You will follow senior chefs' direction, keep food standards high and work through fast-paced services with the guest experience in mind. The rotating roster includes weekends and public holidays. Sponsorship opportunities are available for approved applicants.

Requirements & Eligibility
- A trade qualification with at least 12 months of relevant experience, or, if not trade qualified, at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience contributing to budgets and menu development within your area of expertise.
- Ability to follow direction while maintaining high standards.
- A genuine passion for food and enthusiasm for fast-paced hospitality, together with willingness to learn, develop and grow professionally.
- Strong communication and teamwork, a guest-first mindset and pride in your craft.
- Flexibility for a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
