Taking responsibility for the hot section is at the centre of this full-time Chef de Partie / Sous Chef opening in Adelaide, SA. An award-winning French restaurant combines traditional cooking with a modern approach, carefully selected wines and attentive hospitality.
You will work closely with the Head Chef and a small kitchen team, organising preparation and running your section independently through busy services. The position also includes contributing to menu development while keeping dishes consistent in quality and presentation. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate, subject to eligibility and applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Organise mise en place and independently manage the hot section during preparation and service.
- Maintain consistent dish quality and presentation throughout service.
- Uphold excellent standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Assist colleagues across the kitchen and contribute ideas to menu development.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Demonstrate experience as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or in a comparable position, with strong technical cooking skills and confidence managing a busy hot section.
- Combine good organisation and attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
- Maintain a professional attitude and work effectively in a small team.
- Have an interest in French cuisine and traditional cooking techniques.
