Consistent cooking during a busy service is the priority for this full-time Chef position in Perth, WA. The commercial kitchen needs a highly experienced practitioner who can prepare a varied menu, work efficiently and maintain presentation standards under pressure.
Alongside cooking and plating, you will contribute to seasonal menu changes, monitor ingredients and support other kitchen staff. Careful stock rotation and food safety are part of the daily work, as is helping the wider hospitality team deliver smooth service. Eligible candidates can be considered for sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and plate varied dishes in line with the menu, keeping food quality and presentation consistently high.
- Contribute to efficient kitchen service and collaborate with kitchen colleagues and the wider hospitality team.
- Use fresh, frozen and prepared ingredients, and help introduce seasonal menu updates.
- Monitor stock, apply correct rotation and use ingredients efficiently to limit food waste.
- Maintain clean kitchen conditions and high food safety standards.
- Help train kitchen staff and support their development.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Have a minimum five years of relevant commercial kitchen experience, including proven work in busy, fast-paced kitchens.
- Hold Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and a Diploma in Hospitality or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Bring strong food preparation and cooking skills.
- Work effectively both independently and within a team, staying calm and productive during busy services.
- Communicate well and be available for full-time hospitality work.
