Concrete finishing and machine operation sit together in this Perth Concreter role. Across construction projects in Western Australia, you will prepare and finish surfaces, operate equipment and assist with general civil work as site needs change.
The team needs practical experience that can be verified, dependable work habits and the ability to adapt between tasks and locations. Careful workmanship and safe equipment use remain central throughout the job. Candidates with verified experience who meet the relevant requirements may be considered for visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, level, smooth and finish concrete surfaces to the requirements of each construction project.
- Operate excavators, skid steers and other relevant construction machinery, and assist with general civil and construction activities when required.
- Adapt your work to different sites, tasks and working conditions.
- Contribute productively to the construction team and complete assigned work within project timeframes.
- Maintain close attention to detail and consistent workmanship while following site safety procedures and required workplace standards.
- Keep equipment and working areas safe and orderly.
- Participate in required medical assessments and drug and alcohol testing.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Have a minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience, supported by demonstrable and verifiable hands-on construction experience.
- Hold a WA HR Class Driver Licence and a current Construction White Card.
- Have experience operating excavators, skid steers or similar machinery.
- Hold relevant machine tickets or be willing to obtain them.
- Be able to work 12-hour day shifts on a 2:1 roster.
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and satisfy regular drug and alcohol testing requirements.
- Demonstrate strong safety awareness and professional work habits.
- Be reliable and adaptable as project requirements change.
