Key Responsibilities
- Agree daily preparation priorities with the team leader and complete food preparation to kitchen requirements.
- Organise your allocated section through service and prepare and present dishes consistently to the expected standard.
- Support colleagues during busy periods, communicating clearly to maintain cooperative, professional kitchen work.
- Keep the workstation organised and efficient, cleaning equipment and work areas throughout the shift.
- Follow the kitchen's food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Have previous experience in a commercial kitchen, café or hospitality setting, with a good understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Work efficiently when service is fast-paced.
