Breakfast and brunch service sets the pace for this Cook position in Orange, NSW. A growing hospitality business needs a practical cook who can prepare Australian classics to established recipes, keep portions and presentation consistent and take responsibility during busy service with minimal supervision.
Daily preparation, orderly work habits and clear communication support the kitchen's operating systems. You will need to remain composed as orders build, respond constructively to feedback and be available for weekend and public holiday work. Eligible candidates may be considered for visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch dishes, including Australian classics, to the kitchen's recipes and specifications.
- Manage your cooking duties with minimal supervision during service, completing daily preparation and mise en place on time.
- Maintain consistent portions, presentation and food quality while following established kitchen procedures and operating systems.
- Communicate clearly and work efficiently with colleagues through busy service periods.
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness and organisation across the kitchen.
- Act on constructive feedback and implement the requested improvements.
- Support weekend and public holiday operations as required.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Commercial kitchen experience as a Cook, including practical preparation of breakfast and brunch-style food.
- Confidence working independently during service and a proven ability to follow recipes and established kitchen systems.
- Consistent food preparation and quality standards, supported by strong communication and teamwork.
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism, with the composure and organisation needed in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Willingness to follow workplace procedures and accept constructive feedback.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant employment experience supported by appropriate evidence.
