Key Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for shifts covering bar service, gaming, functions and guest rooms, including opening and closing.
- Handle cash and produce operational reports.
- Help deliver functions and events, local marketing activity and promotions within the venue.
- Coordinate with suppliers and assist with ordering and stock management.
- Contribute to staff rosters and efficient use of labour.
- Help maintain compliance with RSA, RCG, gaming, WHS and food safety obligations.
- Coach staff and develop their skills while maintaining service quality and the guest experience.
Requirements & Eligibility
- At least 1 year as a Duty Manager or Senior Supervisor, plus experience with gaming, TAB and KENO.
- Hold current RSA, RCG and ARCG.
- Communicate strongly and demonstrate a confident leadership presence.
- Remain calm and organised, focus on solutions and feel comfortable balancing people, service and compliance.
- Back-of-house experience is highly regarded.
- Experience covering functions, guest rooms, inventory, rostering, compliance reporting and local marketing is favourable.
